I absolutely love these photos from Ronnie, this shoot was so fun! We walked around to so many different spots at the Rio, and were both happy with the photos we ended up with. I’ve been so excited to share these, thanks Ronnie! 🫶🏽🤩 taken in Rio by @jazzynoz

Luka surprised me with a trip to the Great Falls this past weekend, and I couldn’t have loved it more 🥰 He made me bring my camera, telling me i’d be mad if i didn’t (which would have been very true 😂). I packed my stuff and we went, after a few missed turns at the entrance, we finally arrived lol. It truly was so beautiful walking the trails along the water runoffs, getting to the overlooks. The mountains were so breathtaking, and the water was astonishing of course. We saw some kayakers goin down the falls, and we witnessed some major wipeouts but all involved were okay (luckily). just sharin a bit from my surprise trip :) thank you baby 😘 @luka_stinar taken in Great Falls Park by @jazzynoz

Shirley Clair Osborne, October 10, 1944-June 13, 2025

Recently my grandmother passed away, Friday June 13th of this year. I can’t explain how heartbroken I am, it happened very quickly and my family and I are still accepting the truth. My grandmother was so full of life, she truly radiated such a loving, warm, and welcoming energy. There wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for her grandbabies, we were her world and she was ours truly. Every time i spent time with her, I’d find myself coming home with new stories to laugh about, new zebra print or sparkly clothes, and another list of great memories with her. No one has made me laugh the way she does, and I’ve never cared for anyone the way I care for my grandmother.

My other grandmother also passed away this year, and though she was family by blood, Shirley Osborne was my true grandmother. She showed me how I could live the life I wanted if I worked hard and was confident in who I wanted to be. I’d always admired her life from a young age, with her leopard print chairs, bedazzled pillows, seasonal holiday decor, and infinite wardrobe collection of fur coats, leather jackets, more leopard and zebra print shoes, and silver and bedazzled shoes, you name it lol. She was highly independent, self-sufficient and lived by herself up until she passed. As soon as she retired, she joined a travel group and went around the world and made lifelong friends and experiences along the way. She had whole chests and photo albums for each country she’s traveled to, along with every archive of family history, medical history, obituaries, black history, you could think of. She was a treasure trove of life experiences, knowledge, and history.

My grandmother was a black woman that held multiple government positions from 1962 until 2001 when she retired, a nearly 40 year career. She worked for the U.S. Civil Service Commission/Office of Personnel Management, the Internal Revenue Service, and then the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, & Firearms working her way up to various ranking positions. I’m still learning about all of her positions and what she did. More in the comments.. by @jazzynoz

Some pics I took before my outdoor portrait session! With no forecast of rain, we were not expecting it to be so foggy at our location. It honestly looked so beautiful, we both loved how the pictures came out. So excited for this one :)

Shot with a Sony a7iii with the nifty 50mm lens.

Had a great weekend in OC with my family last weekend :) We went to celebrate my parents 30th anniversary which was amazing 💕 my sister joined us for the trip, which was the first time my brother and I had seen her in 6 years. I wish we had all the time in the world, but i couldn’t be more happy to have our whole family back together :) Not many of my friends know about my sister but i’ve looked up to her my whole life and our relationship is one of the most important things to me, and I’m glad my special man finally got to know her 🫶🏽 i couldn’t have asked for a better brother and sister or some goofy parents and my lanky bf lol 🪸🥰 love y’all 💕 taken in Ocean City, Maryland by @jazzynoz
