This is me, celebrating my 60th birthday in my element.

I arrive at this decade feeling incredibly blessed, fulfilled, and grateful for the life I have built — for my wonderful husband, my three young adult children, my family, my work, and every experience that has shaped me along the way.

Sixty once felt so far away. Even when I got married, even when my children were little, I could never quite imagine being here.

And now, here I am.

I come into this decade carrying a lifetime of experiences — the beautiful ones and the difficult ones, the joy and the grief, and the many times I have had the courage to reinvent myself along the way.

I have known the heartbreak of losing my own source of life, my parents, while having the extraordinary privilege of becoming a source of life, love, and guidance for my own children.

I also arrive here feeling strong, energetic, and deeply grateful for my health—something I have made a priority through the lifestyle choices I began making at a very young age.

Throughout my professional life as a fashion and beauty photographer, I have had the privilege of photographing so many people—not simply helping them look beautiful, but helping them feel beautiful. Because that is how I see them.

So, as I turn 60, my gift to myself — and to the women who inspire me — is **The Beauty of Now™**, my personal project celebrating women in their 50s, 60s, and 70s. @thebeautyofnowproject

They remind me to enter this sixth decade with full force: with confidence, curiosity, experience, gratitude, and absolutely no desire to turn back the clock.

I would not trade 60 for 25, 35, or 45.

I love the age I am celebrating today.

To my husband, my children, my parents in heaven, my dear brothers, my family, my friends, and every person who has loved me, supported me, worked with me, believed in me, or contributed in some way to the woman I am today — thank you.

Ready for whatever comes next.

A sharp suit, a martini, and an effortless kind of confidence. 🍸

Brandon, my team, and I had a fantastic time creating editorial and commercial images to power up his modeling portfolio. A long shoot day, plenty of laughs, and so many great moments in front of the camera.

I love to bring the spotlight to the silent heroes of a shoot, in this case @beautybygabbywoodrow and @jb.alm. I know it was another long shoot fighting the heat and rain, but as usual, that's when we best perform. I appreciate your hard work, your endurance and certainly your talent.
