🚨 Ball Exclusives/JBA Feature 🚨 Deon Lyle hails from Hastings, Nebraska. Home of Kool-Aid (he's related to the inventor 👀). Deon was a star the moment he arrived in the JBA League and continues to thrive on the hardwood. He earned Conference USA Sixth Man of the Year honors as a member of the UTSA basketball program during the 2017-18 season. He played for the Chicago Ballers, was named a JBA League All-Star earning East MVP honors after dropping 51 points, and played for the JBA USA Team as well. Most recently, Deon won MVP for the @tbasketballleague as a member of the @greatfallselectric. Deon Lyle just keeps getting buckets 🪣 Which JBA alum should we feature next? 🚨 Ball Exclusives/JBA Feature 🚨 LaMelo Ball needs no introduction. At 16 years old, he joined his father's @jba League as the league's "Marquee Player" for the LA Ballers. His precocious play was on full display night in and night out and he helped lead the LA team to a championship. His entire journey was unorthodox. From the JBA ➡️ @spire_institute_academy ➡️ NBL (@illawarrahawks ) ➡️ the No. 3 pick in the NBA Draft with the @hornets 🐝 Since being the JBA's first NBA player, LaMelo has won Rookie of the Year honors, an All-Star appearance, and looks to take the @timberwolves deeper in the playoffs as its newest addition. Off the court, LaMelo is just as much of a star as one of @puma top athletes. His shoes are beloved by fans across the world. Even more of an honor is his newest title. Father. LaMelo is a proud father to his son LaOne. At just 24, LaMelo has accomplished so much already and there's still more in store 🛸 Which JBA alum should we feature next? 🚨Ball Exclusives/JBA Feature🚨 One of the early favorites in the @jba League was Niles "Nuski" Malone. Hailing from West Oakland, CA, Nuski took his talents to the JBA and at his short stature, quickly became one of the better players in the league. After helping the Los Angeles Ballers win the JBA League Championship, Nuski played for the California Sea-Kings in the @tbasketballleague averaging over 14 PPG. What he's done off the court since the JBA is even more impressive. Nuski founded @stay100_clo, which is a streetwear brand "for bosses." Stay100 has been in operation for five years and has hosted several pop-up shops. Nuski is no stranger to getting buckets on the court, and he's proving the same off it 💯 Which JBA alum should we feature next? Tag them in the comments. #jba #bigballerbrand #probasketball by @jba

Ball Exclusives/JBA Feature: Harrison Rieger hails from Moorestown, NJ. Basketball has fueled him seemingly his entire life and he had a dream to play professionally. After a successful high school career, Rieger had a stint in JUCO and then he caught wind of what could be a life-changing opportunity. @lavar announced he was starting the @jba. A league for players ages 17-21 who wanted to bypass the NCAA and become a professional basketball player. Rieger, always willing to go against the grain set his sights on the Chicago tryout and took his chances. He made the squad and suited up for the Chicago Ballers and on opening night, June 21, 2018, Rieger scored the very first points in JBA League history 🙌 Rieger was a steady force for the Chicago Ballers and earned an appearance for the first JBA All-Star Game where he participated in the 3-point contest. Rieger was also selected to travel abroad with the JBA USA team 🇺🇸 Since joining the JBA, Rieger has had stints in El Salvador 🇸🇻, The Philippines 🇵🇭, Malaysia 🇲🇾, Mexico 🇲🇽, and most recently China 🇨🇳. His journey is what LaVar Ball was hoping for when he created the JBA League. A young man with a dream to be a professional basketball player who only needed an opportunity. From a small town in New Jersey to literally seeing the world 🌍 Cheers Harrison 🥂 Which JBA alum should we feature next? Tag them in the comments. #jba #bigballerbrand #probasketball by @jba

Pressure makes presence. An MVP isn’t defined by one highlight—it’s defined by the standard you bring every single night. Thankful to God for every opportunity, every lesson, and every teammate who made this season possible. The mission is bigger than the moment. On to the next chapter. 🏆 2026 TBL MVP 26 PPG • 10 RPG • 6 APG #PressureMakesPresence by @jba

A moment in Black History. In 2017, Big Baller Brand owner and founder, LaVar Ball set out to make history by starting the first professional basketball league as an alternative to the NCAA daring to challenge the status quo and creating a paradigm shift that would change the basketball landscape forever. The league would be named the Junior Basketball Association (JBA). The purpose was to attract athletes who desired to play professionally and be compensated without dealing with the politics of the NCAA who profited for years off the backs of athletes who essentially played for zero compensation. LaVar was criticized and ridiculed for going against the grain but there was a bigger vision many couldn't see nearly 10 years ago. Today, this impact is felt in several ways. Leagues such as the NBA G-League started the G-League Ignite (2020-2024) as a pathway to attract top high school players to develop and earn upwards of $500,000 to bypass the NCAA. Overtime Elite (2021-present), has adopted a very similar model as the JBA with a 9-team league consisting of 16-20 year-olds the opportunity to grow and develop as a pathway to professional basketball. Even more importantly, the birth of NIL (Name, Image, & Likeness) has strong JBA roots given the champion of it all, Mr. Ed O'Bannon was a board member for the JBA, which again its founding principles was to see that athletes had the ability to earn an income playing the game they love. So, when you read about players from developmental leagues going on to play professionally without a college degree and you see "BREAKING NEWS" from an athlete who signed a $10+ million NIL deal, don't forget LaVar Ball and all his brashness was the catalyst behind all of it. Happy Black History Month! #blackhistory #nil #sports #history #sportshistory by @jba
