Opening weekend at HDAF was a smash hit! VIP night nearly wiped out my entire wall! Restocked for the Saturday opening and by hour 2, the wall was empty yet again. 😫 the ppl did not come to play! Apparently, I was up there with the big names in the top seller list! 🤑🙌🏽🥂

If you missed out on the first (and second) round, do not be dismayed lol ANOTHER restock of original artwork is coming just in time for this weekends opening!

Some tips:
- come when the doors open to get first dibs
- don’t think you can circle the whole room and “decide later”, you may circle back to an empty wall
- bundle up, ain’t no heat in that big ass room 😂
- No, I’m not holding any artwork; you want it, come get it

See you there! by @jbaangart

Preparing for the Hunnid Dolla Art Fair happening over the next few weekends. By tomorrow this wall will be filled with both new and old works, all for $100.

Last year was a complete success and I’m keeping that same energy this year. I WILL sell out, so if you’ve been wanting an original canvas for the low low, now is your chance to get you one!

Big thanks to @dammit_wesley @sirwilltheartist and @blkmrktclt team for creating such a dope space for CLT artists to showcase and sell our art! 🖼️ ✨🙌🏽 by @jbaangart

A friend sent me an invite to a call for art a while back for High Point Furniture Market.
Said yes.
Submitted my work and let the universe have it.
And well, now, here we are….
✨🖼️

My advice? Say “yes” to the thing, let the universe figure out the “how”, stay ready to deliver when asked, and show up when it’s time.

Also, it’s WSSU homecoming week, so it was fitting to sport my Alma mater. by @jbaangart

NEW DIGS!
Point of Contrast ✨🖼️
Mixed media on canvas 48x60
DM for pricing

As we evolve, we encounter many points of contrast where we clearly see the difference in things that do not align with, serve, or add value to our life path. It’s at these points that we have the power to practice leaning into the pivot, trusting that the contrast is here for our best interest.

New commission work! ✨🖼️
Radiant Light
Mixed media on canvas 30x30in

It’s always so humbling to have someone see the value in my artistic offerings, even more so when they commission original work. When contacted about doing a commission for this individual for their new living space, I was excited because we’d had frequent exchange via DM over similar interests in lifestyle, decor and design, and spiritual practice. I do my best work when I’m allowed full creative vision with little to no parameters, yellow, black, and white was the only direction provided. Simple enough for me. I titled it “Radiant Light” as it speaks to the radiant energy that this individual exudes with every interaction.

Thank you @garytracyglt for allowing me to share my work in your lovely sacred home space. ✨💛🧘🏽‍♂️

New digs! 🖼️ ✨
Rooted
Mixed media on canvas 36”48”
Available $800
Shipping available $$

I painted this one a while back and couldn’t really land on a title for it. I don’t know what it’s giving, I just like the colors, the shapes, and the simplicity of it. Was a random abstract concept that came to mind on the spot. Nothing deep and introspective this time, just simple art.

Help me title this painting and it’s yours for half the price!
*UPDATE* With the help of a few followers, a title was decided! 🙌🏽
