I love to bowl using #2hands. I prefer to strike but will settle for a spare if I must.
The goal is to be the GOAT by the time it’s all over!

Just woke up. Just heard the news. Heart broke again.
Randy. The voice of bowling. Hall of famer. My mate. Has passed away.

I’ll miss his random calls asking funny questions. It always made me laugh because the first thing I’ll hear would be something like (in a terrible attempted Australian accent mind you)

“Maaate…. Is it true kangaroos can’t bounce backwards? It’s Randy by the way”

The funniest part though was he always made sure to tell me it was him… as if his accent was that good I wouldn’t be able to tell.

“Randy. I know it’s you. It’s only ever you with that accent, plus your name is on my screen”

Sad to think his name won’t ever be on my screen again calling again.

To all the new to bowling people out there!
Here is a little fun fact.
I bowl a little differently. 🎳 I bowl with two hands, and one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that it’s not about brute force. Timing, consistency, and a smooth, rhythmic throw are what really matter.

15 PBA Major Championships.
This is just one of the accomplishments I earned that NO ONE else in the world shares.
So if you feel the need…throw your shade, talk your nonsense… I’ll just be over here doing my thing! ✌️👋🏻 by @jbelmo

This was taken directly after the 2019 world championship where Jakob and I fought for the title.
As I reflect on that evening, I want to share with you what he said seconds before he snapped this photo while feeling the immediate disappointment of not winning.
“ I gave it everything. I fucking love you mate. Congrats.”
And so I kissed him, to show that love mirrored.

This was Jakob. A fierce competitor who every single time he laced his shoes up, he gave it everything. This, intertwined with a heart that had nothing but love for all made him special.

Miss you mate!
