Hyrox 2025 #Dallas Want to give a massive shoutout to my partner @tophercraines27 for pushing me to my PR time in our Hyrox Doubles. He is a very experienced runner so I was honestly nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up at first. But I stuck to my @theyard_gym program which increased my endurance and running speed. I’m super happy with our finishing time! Proud of us man 💪🏻 Then turning around and competing with some absolute weapons (my wifey being one of them) for a co-ed relay with a finishing time of 1:05. So much fun and a great way to end the weekend. So proud of the TYG SA community for really showing out in Dallas as we came out ~60 strong. I haven’t been a part of a team in years and this was truly something special to be a part of. Great work everyone and can’t wait for the next one. #teamyard #yardstrong by @jbolt11
TYG San Antonio Media Day When @chasitym3thod and I invest in the @theyard_gym we really wanted to build something special. Not just a gym but a strong community that people wanted to belong to. Seeing our members come together to support each other and be proud to be a part of TYG is everything we could have ever asked for. Owning a business with your partner is not for the weak but we see such a strong future with what we and our team are building. And it makes ever second invested so worth it each day. We love our TYG fam! @flicks_by_kt you are a legend behind the camera! These photos are incredible. by @jbolt11

@cresthooch127 was an adventure I’ll remember for a lifetime! When the guys @regular.larry @tophercraines27 @krz1253 @julienmata66 said they were about to run a 127 mile ultra marathon through the San Bernardino mountains together I thought they were crazy - but then they asked me to be their crew chief and I couldn’t refuse. These guys have become like brothers over the last year, our friendships forged through The Yard and competing. Because of that it was an honor to be able to bring aid to them along their route and influence their race strategy over the grueling 31 hours it took to complete - all of us on practically no sleep and pure adrenaline. So glad the team powered through and each finished their race leg so we could head home feeling proud of what was just accomplished. Looking forward to the next!! by @jbolt11

Happy Birthday TYG Alon. One year of building more than a gym. One year of building a community. What started as a vision has turned into something far greater than we could have imagined. TYG Alon has become a place where people show up for more than just a workout. It’s where people come to grow, to be challenged, to be supported, and to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Day after day, you all bring the energy, the consistency, and the culture that makes this place so special. The early mornings, the late nights, the hard workouts, the laughs in between sets, the friendships built on the floor. This is what TYG is all about. The strength of this community is what sets us apart. It’s not just about getting stronger physically, it’s about showing up for each other, holding each other accountable, and pushing one another to be better in every aspect of life. Alon was the beginning. The foundation. The proof of what’s possible when the right people come together with a shared purpose. We are so proud of what has been built here, and even more excited for what’s ahead. To every single member who has walked through those doors, thank you for being a part of this story. Happy Birthday Alon. We’re just getting started. by @jbolt11

We are incredibly honored and humbled to share that TYG San Antonio received the award for On-Brand Excellence. This recognition means so much to us because we truly pride ourselves on how we show up for our community and represent the brand every single day as a team. This award represents that the San Antonio team embodies the brand’s expectations at the highest level. To hear our names announced at the very first TYG Summit was a moment we will never forget. We did that, team. And we could not be more proud of the work that our coaches, front of house staff, and members put in every single day. Your dedication, energy, and belief in what we are building does not go unnoticed. This award belongs to every one of you, and we are so grateful to share it with our entire community. Jason, I am so proud of everything we have been able to accomplish together. I am endlessly grateful for the way we show up for each other every day. Even on the hardest days, and when I can be a real pain in the ass you never stop believing in me or the mission we have for this business. You work so hard, and it pushes me to continue showing up at the highest level as well. The future is incredibly bright, my love, and I cannot wait to see everything we accomplish next. I love you. ❤️ by @jbolt11
