What does the owner & pitmaster eat at his own barbecue restaurant?

For me, it’s the Adobo Smoked & Fried Wings with Filipino Garlic Fried Rice.

The wings are marinated in adobo, smoked, then fried crispy. It’s my Filipino barbecue twist and a nod to my dad and my Filipino heritage. And the garlic fried rice? I grew up with it on the table every day as a kid.

My move: pull the meat right off the bone and eat it with the garlic fried rice. 🔥

Our Adobo Smoked & Fried Wings are available every day.

Three sausages. Pick your weapon. 🌭🔥

Here at J-Bone’s we’ve got Philly Cheesesteak, Bacon Cheddar, and my personal favorite — Jalapeño Cheddar. All made by the amazing @thesausageboss and smoked here in-house.

If you like a little heat, the Jalapeño Cheddar is the one that’ll knock your socks off — especially when you snap into it and that cheese comes oozing out. 🤤

Get any of them as a link or piled onto a potato bun.
