Let me reintroduce myself. 🔥 I’m Johnika Bruce — but most know me as the one who’s going to show up, stay consistent, and make sure you don’t walk this journey alone. I’m not just in real estate to open doors… I’m here to help you step into rooms that change your life. I believe home is more than four walls. It’s security. It’s legacy. It’s peace. It’s the place your children will grow, where prayers will be whispered, and where dreams will take root. I’ve worked with families from all walks of life — some starting over, some starting fresh, some finally ready to bet on themselves. And every single time, I’m reminded that the process may stretch you, but it will never break you when you stay connected to your purpose. Whether it’s buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or finding the perfect apartment — I’m here to guide you with strategy, heart, and excellence. Thinking about buying a home, selling, or leasing? Let’s talk and see what’s possible! 📞 469-215-7130 📧 homesbyjbruce@gmail.com 📅 Book your FREE Consultation: calendly.com/jbrucetherealtor/30min 🏡 Ready to Find Your Dream Home? ❤️ With gratitude, Johnika Bruce, REALTOR® Culture & Success Team Leader II Wins Realty Group | The Vibe Brokerage #JBrucetheRealtor #IIWinsRealtyGroup #RealEstateWithPresence #MoveIntentional #PoweredByTheVibeBrokerage taken in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX by @jbruce_18

✨🏡 SOLD the old! Stepping into the NEW. 🏡✨ What a beautiful reminder that sometimes you have to close one chapter before you can fully embrace the next. Congratulations to my client, Katina, on selling her home at 834 Brian Drive and beginning an exciting new season in her new home! Watching this journey come full circle has been such a blessing. Every home has a story. Every move has a purpose. And when the timing is right, what once felt like a dream becomes your reality. If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect time” to buy or sell, this is your sign to start the conversation. You don’t have to have all the answers you just need a plan, and I’d be honored to help you create one! 📲 469-215-7130 📧 homesbyjbruce@gmail.com 🏡 #JBrucetheRealtor Johnika Bruce, REALTOR® Culture & Success Team Leader II Wins Realty Group | The Vibe Brokerage #JustSold #DFWRealtor #JBruceTheRealtor #HomeGoals HomeSweetHome DreamHome BuySellInvest TexasRealEstate MovingWithPurpose YourNextChapterStartsNow by @jbruce_18

This past weekend, I had the honor of celebrating one of my former students as she prepares to begin her college journey. As a teacher, you’re blessed to work with so many amazing students, but every now and then there’s one who leaves a special imprint on your heart. Raymesha is one of those students. From my very first class after moving to Texas, she could do no wrong in my eyes. 😂 She was my baby! Raymesha, you have grown into such a beautiful young lady and I couldn’t be more proud of you and all that you’ve accomplished. Congratulations on this exciting new chapter! I have no doubt you’re going to do amazing things in college and beyond. Keep shining, keep believing in yourself, and never stop chasing the purpose God has for your life. Love you always Piggy!! ❤️ taken in Turkey Leg Paradise by @jbruce_18
