14 years of loving this boy more than I ever knew it was possible to love another person. Of laughing with him, cheering for him, learning from him… and wishing, so many times, that I could freeze time.

There are a thousand little versions of you I wish I could hold again for just one minute. Your tiny hand in mine. Your little voice calling for me. The boy who somehow, right before my eyes, became this incredible young man. I am grateful every day for how sweet you are to me.

Austin, you have been the greatest joy of my life. My greatest gift. The part of my heart that lives outside of me.

I don’t have the words for how heartbreaking this news is to share 💔🥺

Daria’s sweet little girl, Vivian, has been diagnosed with leukemia. She has already started treatment at CHOP this morning and is surrounded by so much love and an extraordinary medical team.

Viv is pure light. She has the most beautiful way of making everyone feel special and bringing endless laughter to our days.

We created Live Like Viv to help support her treatment-related expenses and ongoing care.

Viv spends her life making others feel loved.
Now it is our turn to surround her with that same love. 💗

We’ll spend our days by the ocean, gathering around long tables, moving our bodies, sharing stories, exploring the coastline, enjoying incredible food, coming together in our Asana practice, experiencing sound and stillness, and creating space for the kinds of conversations that rarely happen in everyday life.

There is no agenda to fix yourself. No pressure to transform. No expectation that you’ll leave as someone new. Instead, this retreat is an invitation to become more engaged with the life you already have.
