Shea Butter Babies; wouldn’t trade her for the world, 2025

There’s something special about bonding with someone who truly understands you. Among Black women, sisterhood holds deep importance. There’s a unique kind of magic that Black women possess, especially when it comes to getting dressed. It’s a powerful yet gentle, nurturing energy that can easily spread to others, transforming personal routines into shared moments of beauty and support.
Though the bathroom may seem chaotic, cluttered with cosmetics and beauty products, to them, everything is exactly where it belongs. This experience deserves recognition for its positivity and authenticity, rather than being reduced to the narrow stereotypes and stigmas often portrayed by the media.

After years of anticipation, the infamous 30-Day Challenge finally came to an end…and with it, the world met the “Mastermind.” Overnight, he became a global sensation, hailed as one of the most influential creatives of his generation. A creator turned icon. But behind the viral fame and skyrocketing success lurked a darker truth. As the spotlight grew brighter, so did the shadows, greed, ego, and whispers of manipulation and corruption. Was he a visionary... or a fraud? Some might stoop to say a Hotep. To uncover what really happened during his meteoric rise, we’ll need a team ready to break rules, challenge legends, and redefine genius. This isn’t just a story, it’s a mission. And only true Mastermind’s should lead it.

Drawing for 30 days: Day 30❤️🫂(isn’t it beautiful)

I can’t believe it’s actually over…FINALLY-

For you new folks, I started this challenge last summer(lol) after being inspired by @jusheiy “making art” challenge. With a iPad and a lot of free time, I decided to push myself, to try and take myself to the next level with my art. I was captivated by the art these 30 individuals created as well. Some friends, some just strangers that would I was drawn too, but all of them having some sort of story to be told. I found it my mission to shine light on these 30, and during the process, watched them bloom like budding flowers.

That’s not to single out the ones I didn’t draw either!! You all’s CONSTANT love, support, dick eating…YO WHO SAID THAT!!? In return helped me bloom too. Into a plant worth watering, and I’m forever grateful.

I love every single one of you, that poured into me over the course of this challenge, and I’m super excited to show y’all why I deserve a chance in the sunlight, and to share my future successes. ~jamie

“A home for the brave”

A tribute to black history

I sit here in awe, reminiscing on the first day this project came to mind. Midway through February, I came up with this idea I had to follow through with. I sat with my roommate, blabbering on about this very ambitious concept, with VERY little time. But he said I could do it and that he believed in me, so I put my faith in my craft and decided to put it in motion. I would reach out to other creators on my campus, requesting their help; however, with such short notice and the complexities of being a college student, not a lot of people had the time. There were a few who saw the vision, wanting to support in any way they could. Even with this project being such a headache, I had a solid team that wanted to see this film portrayed just as badly as I did. I’m forever grateful for the individuals who showed support for the movement in many different ways, and for the ones who WORKED on this with me despite everything else that was happening. When you have an idea you’re so passionate about, you can’t just cast it to the side. They believed in my conviction and helped me follow through. For that, I am grateful.

Looking professional for portfolio headshots are essential, these images serve as a first impression to potential employers or clients. A polished appearance conveys credibility, confidence, and professionalism about one’s work. With this shoot we chose to spin the narrative, emphasizing the unprofessional, and unkempt aspects of people’s lives masked with the presence of a clean appearance. Not everyone is as clean as they wish to be, so we portrayed the internal battered and bruised aspects we try to hide.
