🦅 Home Meet Highlight 🦅

With the XC Season in the rearview mirror, there’s so much to celebrate! First and foremost is the culture of our team. Culture is driven by the athletes that make up our program. Vision cast by coaches doesn’t matter if the athletes don’t or can’t take to it. The HEAD, HEART, & HANDS of our athletes on the daily grind is what takes a vision and makes it a culture.

Were celebrate our new partnership with @rushrunningco as they sponsor our jerseys and support us in countless other ways. For all your running needs, go visit them in Bentonville or Fayetteville.

We also celebrate the performances at Natty’s by @hope_ahnfeldt and @_schermerchase_ • Well done you hard workers!

Lastly (as far as this post goes) we celebrate the hosting of our first Home XC Meet. For those that put work in on the course, praise the Lord for your sweat, blisters, and sunburns. For those who gave financially, to help support getting this off the ground, we thank you. It’s also such a blessing to have an Athletic Director (Robyn Daugherty), Asst. Athletic Director (Jon Claborn), and other Administrators be in our corner as we try new things.

THE BEST IS YET TO COME

It had been 2,884 days since a @soonerathleticconf women's runner won @playnaia National Runner of the Week. @1240.abigail ended that wait on Wednesday, and made history doing it.

Two Golden Eagles are headed to the @playnaia steeplechase final.

Payton and Chase survived Thursday's prelims in Asheville, giving @jbuxctf two spots in a national final that includes just 14 runners.
