I’ve been contemplating sharing this for quite some time. July carries a weight for me. Last July, I faced a tremendous shock; my world was turned upside down. The feelings of betrayal, anger, and an overwhelming sadness surfaced—sadness that has lingered the longest. Although so much good has came and gone by seeking Jesus. Yet, during days or even weeks like this one, as we approach that sadness can feel particularly heavy. Taking me out of character. I find comfort in my church community, friends and some family. A kind woman reminded me recently that this man is no longer the same; he has accepted Jesus and now sees the light. I am no longer the same I now have a relationship with Jesus. She highlighted how, from our painful story of betrayal, emerges a beautiful tale of redemption. It inspires us to seek Jesus every day, even when the struggles feel particularly intense. I don’t only post these for others but for reminders of the good in my life too because
But GOD. 🥹

The love I felt today was beyond me.

It’s so chaotic, the house is always a mess. The days are so so long.

We finally celebrated Micah 🎉

Cutest little gamer party there could be. For the overstimulated momma this was 10/10 and the Code Ninja crew was top tier. by @jcasanova2014

And we survived the first week 🎉

Miles started Pre-K and he was such a pro at it 💙
Micah started a whole new adventure at Carver 🚌
Marissa started her junior year 😍
Nat had NSO for MC and let me join, Go Chaps 👌🏽🎉

Lastly mom started a new job at MC also it’s been one full week 😅

So many changes this year for us 🫣

I swear I’m trying not to cry 😭 Micah was offered the opportunity to take on Carver for his 4th grade year and we took it 😀

Sad he won’t be at Greathouse anymore with his brother and all our people, but I’m sure we will make new friends.

Y’all another chapter closed for us 🥹

Bright Horizons PNR daycare has helped me raise my boys and knowing that these people helped shape their little minds and then poof just one day to the next we’re outta there. I’ll forever be thankful for every one of those ladies who poured into my guy. See ya later Alligator 🐊 and hello PreK.
