3 ways to stay motivated in the gym.

1. Don't be a bitch
2. Show up
3. Reject T-shirts

Nobody is telling you to be a fighter. You can stop today, nobody will hold it against you. But if you made the decision to commit, you have to accept that it's not your 5km run club, it's not peak lighting infront of a mirror and it's definitely not all moments of glory.

Your going to get your ass beat, your going to hurt a friend, your going to question everything you thought you knew about your capability. But show up everyday.... you will consistently have a community that pushes you, a coach that elevates you and a goal that inspires others.

Unfiltered respect. The good shit.

And worst case scenario you can tell your kids one day you weren't a soyboy sissy and you could be the coolest dad at the function. Willie from accounting won't have shit on you. by @jcbester.mma

Fighting is pure. There is no delusion. The outcome is written in stone before the fighters step in. The entire experience is an honest reflection of will and work ethic. When fight night comes. You will know who you are what you're made of.

Thank you @mattleisching for the opportunity against a more experienced opponent ( again 😏 ), and the opportunity for growth.

I had my MMA coaches @donmadgemma and @jasonmackaymma in my corner. I could not have had a better duo. They push me past my limits in hard times and keep me humble in easy times. Eternally grateful for them.

Thank you for all the support and love 👊🏼

Onto the next.

BMC 6 - LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP WIN 🏆

Another domineering performance by the @madfitmma team. Another clean sweep 🧹

Well done to my teammates and new champions @deanwyk
@taralovesmma
@colbyrbmma

The man that made it all possible is non other than @donmadgemma . I am so grateful to learn from the best of the best and we are proof of his ability to perform and to get others to perform at the best level.

My conditioning coach @nic.b00th . Thank you for all the early mornings of strength and conditioning which helped me get ready for this 5 round war.

My boxing coaches @mattleisching and @ariel.meez . You guys gave me confidence in an area I was lacking in and for that I am so grateful and ready to keep on developing. And of course the star up and comer @sebastienxvictor for those hard rounds.

To all my teammates on the mma team. This is what we work for.
Domination. Always.
A huge shoutout to @jasonmackaymma and @deanwyk who have been pushing me past my limits, mentally, on the mats, in the cage, in the ring and even during the weight cuts. You guys keep me sharp and remind me that I am always going to be a student of the fight game. Being surrounded by such a wealth of knowledge is a privilege I will take advantage of every single day.

To my opponent. Thank you. You gave me the war I wanted and the experience only a champion can share🏆

Thank you to my loving family - im glad I could make you all proud ❤️
