POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Recently started taking a class taught by @kellan_jett at @underpaintacademy and one of the assignments was to design an environment. A few of my previous posts were also done for the class and it’s been pretty fun trying new things ~

Background painting done for Adult Swim’s “The Elephant”

Anyone familiar with New York might recognize this scene. The story here takes place around Central Park and our AD, Khang designed a packet of beautiful trees for us to reference and use. Really happy to have gotten the chance to work on this shot!

The first two background paintings I got to do for Adult Swim’s “The Elephant” short

This was such a fun and whacky production to be a part of and I learned so much from the team. Thank you to my art director Khang Le for all the support and push on this journey! Everyone also check out @travislind_art another incredible painter I got to work alongside

Big thanks to @titmouseinc

Two scenes done in @honeyoink Emotion-Driven Color Keys 4 day workshop taught at @warriorartcamp

Decided to do some Legend of Hei inspired pieces and had fun exploring a different approach than I was familiar with. Wasnt able to finish all the assignments I had in mind but still learned a lot in the process.
