We understand that in the coffee business, time is literally money. Our team thrives on the pressure of a harsh deadline. We take pride in the fact that when we hand over the kevs on Day 13 the store isn't just 'done'-it's perfect.

🏗️
Starting this drywall company hasn't been a journey for the faint of heart—it's been a grind, a marathon that often felt like an uphill sprint. Leaving the stability and benefits of my union job was one of the biggest decisions I've ever made. The path has been long, filled with unpredictable hours and administrative headaches, but I have absolutely no regret about making that move.

The road to getting established has been long, filled with unpredictable hours, complex hurdles, and the constant hustle required to secure the next project. There is no longer a safety net; every win is earned, and every setback is a lesson learned the hard way. The level of personal responsibility is immense.

Despite the immense difficulty, I can honestly say I have no regrets about quitting my union job. That decision bought me something invaluable Feedom and ownership. The trade-off was worth it. I now have complete control over the quality we deliver, the standards we uphold, and the culture of our company.

This journey has proven that betting on myself was the right call. The success we build together is worth every single ounce of the struggle.
