7 course tasting menu Jan 2026 @restaurantdaniel

1. Wagyu tongue and foie gras terrine
2. Johan crab salad with green curry sauce and passion sauce
3.black truffle risotto (Parmesan foam)
4. Natucket bay scallops
5. Alaskan halibut (shaved truffles)
6. Venison loin with foie gras inside
7-1. Honey roasted pear with gingerbread biscuit and stuff
7-2. Vietnamese chocolate (lots of textures)

Tequila drink and bread course (it was piping hot and fresh!)

Creative and delicious.

1, 2 Hazel nut, like a Nutella Christmas tree.
3 Caviar? No, it's tiramisu. Very creative and was great tiramisu
4 butter cookies I think
5 cinnamon sugar bread?
6 a layout of desserts
7 Christmas tree 🎄
8 coffee was excellent
9 espresso martini? Probably the best I've had

Dessert was a great finale! The Americano was well done. Coffee was not an afterthought here. taken in Huso by @jcm209

The attention to detail and the dining experience from decor, food, wait staff, service, and timing were incredibly thoughtful

1. Spot prawn, honey nut squash, and caviar
2, 3 Kampachi, roasted sesame, served in seaweed crust
4, 5 Wagyu, smoked eel, fueile.de brick (the wagyu tartar was probably the most delicious and intriguing dish of the night)
6, 7 egg, guanciale, caviar (this is like carbonara)
8, 9 milk bread roll, foise gras (like a mousse)
10, 11 scallops
12, 13 lobster
14, 15 quail
16 venison (this came with free red wine, a very thighful service here)
17, 18 pear jasmine fromage blanc (this is like the pre dessert) taken in Huso by @jcm209

#Puebla market was quite busy. Went to @artesaniaspoblanasjoselito for some beautifully handmade plates and earthenware. Beautiful shop and owner were very patient and personable!
