After seven great years in residence, I have decided to leave my workshop in West Street at the end of September. This gorgeous workshop studio space is perfect for painters/potters/printers/sewing/textiles etc etc. There are three ceramicists in the building, a massive printing press and a printmaker too, a jewellery designer and of course, Leigh Dyer - metal sculptor and all round star.
Rent is negotiable and very reasonable, given the location and there are regular open studios, markets and Coastal Currents every September.
If you or anyone you know happens to be looking for studio/workshop space, put them in touch with me. Several people could certainly share and split the costs.
