When you see me now you see an experienced runner, but you would’ve never known that I never worked out until I was in my thirties. That I did not grow up playing sports and that the first time I set foot on a pavement to run I had no idea what I was doing, but just did it anyways.

Once I began running, I just ran.
I signed up to the races.
I ran the races.
I leaned on the community.
I set goals.
I crushed goals.

Running and anything in life can be achieved. Believe in yourself and just go out and put one foot in front of the other.

When you know better, you do better - Maya Angelou

I’ve always been loyal to the core but it’s also important to know when is the right time to pivot and step outside of comfort (not always the easiest for me!). With the experience I’ve built over three years now, I know there are so many more people I can help and this new company has open the doors to do just that.

I will continue on with my original family @rarexrelentless combined with two leaders who I have always admired in this industry 🙏🏻

Happy Wednesday and Happy End of September!

My consistency with meal replacement shakes + collagen in the mornings have helped me keep some weight off and have better skin, hair and nails. I replaced a rushed bagel or toast breakfast with a nutritious shake that actually tastes good.

Plus, I’ve replaced brewed Starbucks coffee with a coffee that’s made from chicory root that has a natural prebiotic and helps with weight loss. Let’s not forget that it has collagen which is an added bonus!

It’s really just easier to live on my salary, depend on my husband and take it easy, but when I see what’s possible I can’t look away.

There are so many people out there to help and I’m on a mission.

Did this one in solidarity with everyone who is marathon training and had to thug it out on the treadmill. Anyways felt so good to run after almost three weeks off and just feeling so grateful that I can hop on a treadmill for 6 miles and feel good!

First Full Day of Senior Year

I missed the official first day on Friday and had to recreate it today and of course with Jeter 🤍

Senior tradition is to wear a kids backpack and donate at the end of the first week of school. Another senior tradition is to watch the sunrise at the beach the day before the first day of school.

Slide 6 was her first day of Nursery and today was her first last full day of school 🥹🤍 by @jcollado280

Gala Night

This night and this entire trip reminded of the abundance that exists outside of a life of comfort and playing small. The vision is clear and a spark has been ignited.
