Excited to be doing some stuff with @adhduk.co.uk

I’ve partnered with them until at least the end of the year to run monthly mindfulness sessions aimed at the brains that find it hard to sit still & seemingly won’t turn off.

A charity doing some great stuff & looking forward to making my method even more accessible with a wider audience

If you think mindfulness is only for the woo-woo airy fairy, floating Buddhist monks, come and join us in one of the sessions, you might be surprised! by @jcp.998

don’t post much work stuff on here but this was a rubbish thing to experience and perhaps could ring true for a few people

very confusing, hard to verbalise, difficult to explain to close ones and easy to deny / avoid

burnout with an overactive mind that never wants to rest is a weird one to recover from but I think I’m getting there

breaking my Insta hiatus to share the podcast that @mindfullyissie invited me on recently

Was about the work I’ve spent the past year doing to help ADHDers develop mindfulness practices to help them regulate their nervous systems and feel more in control.

Really enjoyed chatting with Issie about how mindfulness & mediation isn’t impossible for ADHD brains despite the fear of not being able to silence your mind
