Along with working on a quicker shot release today, the leaner pull up shot was the star focus today⭐️

The biggest thing in this part of the session was REPS!😤

When the shot started to feel smooth we didn’t move on, we stayed there & shot many more. MORE QUALITY REPS LESS‼️
