Life has presented me with an opportunity today. Normally I would make the safe choice but today I am going to accept this opportunity and cross the bridge into a new chapter. I’m not going to lie. Life is hard some days. I struggle to make it through some and others are easy. Slowly making those big changes I keep taking about. Started to lose some weight, get my mental health in a good place and find peace and happiness. My dogs are the best therapy in the world and keep me humble and teach me more about life than any person could. As Dory says..just keep swimming. Getting up and showing up every day may seem hard but it gets better. It’s movement forward towards better things. Things you didn’t think possible and didn’t know you wanted or needed. So keep your head up..brighter days are coming. by @jcseglem
