just graduated from my dream school💜 @nyuniversity I came into college at 18 years old, having no idea how much life could change in just a few years or everything I would have to go through along the way. These past 4 years were some of the most beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and life-changing years of my life. Somewhere in between all the chaos, pressure, and growth, I found strength I didn’t even know I had. I know now that I’m here not only despite everything I went through, but because of it too. All of it led me to this moment. Today, I graduate with a B.A. in Biology on the pre-dental track and a minor in Medical Humanities on a full-ride scholarship as an alumna of the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholars Program. I also had the honor of serving as President of @nyupulsedance and leading a community that became such a huge part of my life. From conducting research and interning at NYU Dentistry @bringingsmilesdentalenrichment , to giving tours as an Admissions Ambassador @meetnyu ,to traveling out of the country for the first time with @nyumlkscholars and later serving on a dental brigade trip to Honduras @dentalbrigadesnyu , NYU pushed me far beyond my comfort zone and changed my life in ways I will carry forever. Tomy, I’m so glad NYU brought us together. Thank you for always believing in me, celebrating me, making me laugh, and being someone I could always lean on. I’m so grateful to have had you by my side through all of this. I love you forever💘 Most importantly, thank you mom. None of this would have been possible without your sacrifices, your strength, and the unconditional love and support you gave me every single step of the way. Thank you for always standing strong for me, believing in me endlessly, and pushing me to chase every dream I’ve ever had. Your resilience, love, and unwavering support inspire me more than you know, and I would not be where I am today without you. I love you more than words can explain. DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS 🇵🇷 @badbunnypr my final @nyupulsedance piece ever :( Thank you all for bringing my vision to life and making these some of the most meaningful rehearsals I’ve ever experienced. Every single person in this piece brought something so special to the stage and helped me represent my culture so beautifully. This piece meant so much more to me than just choreography. It felt like home. Getting to hear this music and share these moments with people I love so deeply is something I’ll carry with me forever. Having my family and friends in the audience made this performance even more emotional and special to me. Looking out at the crowd and seeing the people who supported me through every version of myself over the past 4 years is a feeling I genuinely can’t put into words. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! signing off as Pulse Dance Project President ‘25-’26 ❤️ this club shaped my NYU experience more than anything else ever could have. Pulse became my safe space, my outlet, my second home, and the place where I found some of the most important people in my life. In the middle of all the chaos and changes that came with college, dance was always there for me. Over the past 4 years, I’ve choreographed 5 pieces, performed in 8 showcases and made memories that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I came into Pulse as a freshman just wanting to dance, and I’m leaving with a family I never expected to find. The love I have for this community goes beyond words. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, believing in me, and allowing me to lead such talented and beautiful dancers this past year. I hope I was able to give everyone even a fraction of what this club gave to me. I’m going to miss this family more than anything. Thank you for making these 4 years unforgettable❤️ by @jdancer2004
