While the rider was out of action we had his Specialized Levo in for a complete rebuild. All parts fitted.

Now this is a cool little build. I actually had one of these @vannicholasbicycles Mistral’s years ago and loved it. You wouldn’t think it’s 15 years old, you can’t go wrong with titanium. Eric’s Van Nich in for some drivetrain work and new tyres.

We had this lovely Focus in for a winter check over which turned into a full strip down and rebuild. She’s good as new now 👌.

With the exception of rebuilding the wheels Thuds Orange Switch 6 was a total rebuild.

Fork rebuild
Shock rebuild
Frame bearings
New dropper post fitted
Both hubs rebuilt with new bearings
New bottom bracket fitted
Headset rebuilt
Hope V4’s stripped, cleaned and rebuilt with new seals
New gear inner and outer

Nothing was untouched and now looks as good as new.

If there was a bike that could sum up the early dirt jump scene then this is it. This absolutely stunning @dmrbikes trailstar came in for the Gusset pigmy cranks to be fitted and a general once over. Luckily I still have a lot of retro parts lying around to help in situations like this and the knowledge to fit them. This was an absolute pleasure to work on.
