IOTP 26/01 | The Journey Takes Shape

Since we last saw the officer cadets, the journey has moved beyond the first step.

Three weeks in, IOTP 26/01 is settling into the rhythm of training—learning the standards, embracing the demands and beginning to understand what it takes to lead.

At the Caribbean Military Academy, the transition from aspiring leaders to commissioned officers is deliberate. It is built through instruction, discipline, teamwork, resilience and the willingness to be challenged and have cheerfulness in the face of adversity

With over 40 weeks still ahead, there is much more to learn, much more to overcome and become.

The journey is underway.

The making of confident, resilient leaders continues.
Follow IOTP 26/01 as they learn, adapt and grow into the leaders they are being prepared to become.

Taking excellence beyond the classroom. 🚁

On September 25, the School of Aviation brought a little aviation flair to Bridgeport High School’s 48th Anniversary Prize Giving Ceremony, arriving on campus aboard a Bell 505 helicopter.

Held under the theme “Sustained for Excellence,”
Guest Speaker Capt C. RICHARDS encouraged students to remain committed to excellence in both their academic pursuits and personal development.

The engagement provided an opportunity to inspire young minds, strengthen community connections and showcase the opportunities that aviation and military education can offer.

The Caribbean Military Academy (CMA) is strengthening the skills behind effective training through a three-part workshop series focused on efficient assessment design.

We’re sharing moments from the first of three workshops, which brought together Chief Instructors, Training Officers and Standards Officers to explore practical approaches to Learning Outcomes & Meaningful Assessment

The workshop series is designed to strengthen the capacity of personnel responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training across the Force—equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver the highesr quality of training.
