“From ‘Can I do this ?’ to ‘I DID IT.”
Memulai lari lagi dari 0 di usia yang sudah tidak muda bukanlah yang mudah. Banyak pertimbangan dan keputusan yang harus di ambil dengan impact longterm. Selain itu membagi waktu antara kerjaan yang high risk dan latihan kadang bikin crisis mentality yang bikin hidup terasa berat banget.
Namun semua itu berubah menjadi energy n happiness karena inspire temen” dari community @sweatnsmile.runclub yang sudah menjadi new family. Thank you for support and #wehaterunning 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Teruntuk my coach @royputranto9 thank you sudah sabar kasih ilmunya 2 bulan ini dengan 2 pencapaian PB 10K dan HM yang sebelumnya tidak pernah terbesit masih bisa finish dengan luar biasa. “Stay mature, drop the ego” best booster coach, finally i can do it.
