Haven’t been great about posting dance videos lately so here is a little dance dump. And because it’s both #ThrowbackThursday and #internationaldanceday I figured why not.

Clip one: Beyonce - Thinking back this show was crazy! There was over 100,000 people in attendance and filled up Hyde park in London for their summer festival called Party in the park.

Clip Two: I got to choreograph the cover of @vanityfair magazine with @theellenshow and was shot by the one and only @annieleibovitz

Clip Three: This was when I was dancing with a korean artist Named IVY. I lived in Korea for a few month for this job. @greentee.park

Clip Four: @chrisbrownofficial - We were performing for Australia Idol.

Clip Five: This was a freestyle from one of the @chrisbrownofficial tours.

Clip Six: @42psy42 - Remember when Gangnam style was the biggest song in life lol. We did every talk show under the sun, but this was for the Ellen Show. No sound because of copyright 🙄

Clip Seven: @kinjaz !!!!! This is what you get when you put @iammarkronson X @bose X and @kinjaz in a commercial together. Don’t believe me just watch

Clip Eight: @b2k : young 18 year old JD on his first tour. 2002!!!!!

Clip nine: this was an audition with the @groovaloos fam for a Konami Commercial. If you remember Groove night, then the room should look familiar by @jdmcelroy

Haven’t taken class in probably a year plus, but have been watching my @kinjaz brother @mikeosong put out some fire groovy moves lately, so I had to take. I 1000% butchered the choreo and if i did it next to him you would say what the freggin heck are you doing JD. But none the less I had a blast. Biggest take away is... get back in class and sharpen your tools. 🐯 #kinjaz #kinjazdojo #kinjabang #RespectAllFearNone by @jdmcelroy

We are so excited to have @hashtaglunchbag for the 4th year as one of our partner organizations for UPRISERS Family Drive. #HashtagLunchbag is the perfect example of how a small group of people on a local level can make a tremendous impact, one small act at a time. They are a humanity service movement dedicated to empowering and inspiring humanity to reap the benefits of giving and create and use bagged lunches, complete with love messages, as a vessel to spread this love and share experiences to inspire others.

Volunteer and pack meals for the community with #HashtagLunchbag at Lunchbag Land from 9AM -12PM and join us all day for the 4th Annual UPRISERS Family Drive on Sat. 11.29 at Terasaki Budokan💚

Golf days hit different when @hellosoju is involved. ⛳️

We pulled up to Black Gold Golf Course ready for a good time, and the vibes did not disappoint. From teeing off with soju cans in hand 🥂 to laughing our way through every hole, this day was all about fun, not the scorecard.

The energy was high, the drinks were cold, and every swing came with a little extra confidence. Whether we were sinking putts or missing them completely, Hello Soju kept the good times rolling.

Good friends, good shots, and even better memories — that’s what golf days are made of. Cheers to Hello Soju for turning an ordinary round into an unforgettable one. 🫶🏼
