Oh forest. Where do I even begin. First few hours into the 12 hour drive, I really questioned turning back. And I’m so beyond glad I did not. This weekend was nothing short of special. Having the most healing, warm, and just plain GOOD energy around me was just beyond this world truly. I cried practically every day (happy tears), between the morning yoga & somatic healing to dancing and shaking ass until sunrise every night, I found how to be a kid again. The best way to heal your inner child is seriously, to learn how to PLAY again. Life is so so short to be taking it all so serious. Having fun and LIVING has been my goal since I’ve stopped drinking this year, and forest showed me how to truly love myself and drop so much shame I’ve felt about my life. And there’s no better people that I would’ve wanted to share it with. I truly feel like my soul has healed and now I just wish to shower everyone with the love and support I felt from my friends and most importantly myself. Everyone deserves peace and happiness truly.
