I *kinda* apologize in advance, because your feeds are about to be spammed with this kid. I squeeled when the email came through and my jaw hit the floor at how insanely good they are. I need a day to get my life together, and just like with Lily's, I'll be posting Kasten's in several sets because they SO deserve a permanent spot on my feed.

Here's a pretty sweet perspective from Kasten's camera last night.

At 17 years old, this kid has come so far in his craft. He eats, sleeps and breaths it. He is constantly studying, practicing and learning to improve. He's gotten better at accepting compliments because he finally feels like he's at a place that he's earned them. He's not perfect. He took responsibility for rushing their first song last night. (The typical fan, and even his superfan mom couldn't tell). But what I'm getting at is this. He WILL in some way, shape or form make this is life. I will have sweet memories of him rocking our house off the foundation and lugging his cheap Amazon drum set out of the basement week after week for practice. (Still working on that endorsement for a new kit! 😉) It has been one of the best highlights as his mom to watch him grow. Go chase those dreams, Kman!

I'm coming at you this Friday evening to talk up my kid.

This kid was BORN to be a drummer. He's had sticks in his hands since before he could walk. He has taught himself everything he knows. He's spends HOURS and HOURS honing his craft. His mindset is clear. He WILL make a career of his passion. It's non-negotiable.

His current goal is to get an endorsement. Sticks. Accessories. Heads. Entire drum kit. Whatever it is, it's a goal. To help him with exposure. To help him get seen. To share his talent with the most people possible.

We need your help. This is a HARD industry. Kasten has and will continue to put in the hard work, and that's not changing anytime soon, but it would sure help if you could support him with a follow @kasten.pierce . When you see his posts, please comment & like. Most importantly, share. Ask others to share. Endorsement requires more exposure, and he's working his ass off to get there.

To our Lilybug on your last day of highschool,

You couldn't possibly imagine how incredibly proud we are of you. From the shy little girl who started kindergarten, to the amazing young woman you've grown into today, you've been one of the greatest blessings of our lives.

As you close this chapter and step into the next, always remember how loved you are. Your work ethic, empathy for others and determination inspire everyone around you. We know you will achieve amazing things because you have a heart full of dreams and the strength to chase them!
