Somewhat-live update from Downtown. Honestly? Not much going on besides wind. I can't 100% guarantee anything because I wasn't as thorough walking around as I was with the snow, but if you've got an actively maintained building in the area, you're good. This absolutely isn't Michael 2.0- at least for downtown, specifically. Everything's more than likely lost power (all of Oak Ave and Harrison north of 5th was pitch black, and we later saw a transformer near the roundabout blow) and the basement may have some water, but the roof is definitely attached and the front display glass is more than likely fine. A lot of tipped-over plants and outside chairs. South of Beach Drive definitely got the worst of the wind and there's a few downed street signs but not much else of note. Saw a fair few of the road maintenance trucks already out and about. In our entirely not-expert, but eyewitness opinion, the wind's just blowing so damn hard all the water's just not pooling like it would in the typical post-rainstorm downtown fashion- not to say there's no flooding, but it's nowhere near even half as bad as I expected.
Also, Terri's totally good! He's pissy about being locked in the Mosey's office but he was loafed and chilling 'til we came up and bothered him. (and he'll remain locked in there 'til the wind's fully died down tomorrow)- and a shoutout to Judd & Lindsey for chatting with us for a bit (and a moment of appreciation for Judd's Hurricane Michael commemoration tattoo, that had to get updated after the retroactive change from Cat 4 to Cat 5) taken in Historic Downtown Panama City by @jdunesand

A couple of Thursdays ago, @jdunesand and I took part of @takenforgrantedflhc practice and interviewed them.

Touching on topics of their hiatus, reunion, songs, and the local music scene all in between practicing for their upcoming show.

This was a phenomenal time, filled with great stories, good music, and some amazing people.

Thank you to @takenforgrantedflhc @dkingx850 @recnsidr @sumio__ @juanantoniosantiagojr for letting us take up their time 🖤
