If September finished with the Vertigineaux Men, October starts with Vertigineaux Femme and a different direction - actually - a different time period. Instead of the mid-18th Century, I'm looking at the late 19th Century between 1870-1890, also characterized by the use of bows and ruffles but in a way that was less pompous, and with less adorns.
