Soooooo God and I are doing a thing… 🥹🎓🤍

I’ve been accepted into Liberty University’s Ph.D. program in Public Policy, with a concentration in Education Policy. I’ll officially be starting in Spring 2027!

My experiences as a beginning teacher have opened my eyes to so much about our education system, particularly the challenges educators face behind the scenes. The more I’ve experienced, the more I’ve found myself wanting to be part of conversations and changes that make education better—not only for the students we serve, but also for the teachers who show up every day and pour so much into them.

Am I excited? Absolutely. Am I terrified? Equally. 😂 I know this journey will stretch me, challenge me, and require a lot of me. But I also know that the same God who led me here will be the one to strengthen me along the way.

Here’s to trusting the process, taking the next step, and walking into something I never quite saw coming. 🌿🤍 by @jeanayeee

I don’t have much to say about 2025; except that I’m GRATEFUL that I serve a God who truly is a keeper! I’ll tell the stories one day .. but mighty God I am grateful 😅 by @jeanayeee

There are no words to describe this school year but the Lord has been super kind. 🥺 I have held on to this truth.. “perhaps you were called to TEACH for such a time as this.” ✨ by @jeanayeee

#novemberdump , I don’t have any birthday pictures but this year has been rough beyond words. Trusting God has looked so different in this season & I can’t really explain what he’s doing. If I’m honest I’ve dreaded turning 27 this year but God has seen me through. I don’t know what he’s doing but I’m trying my best to trust him.. here’s to chapter 27 ✨ by @jeanayeee
