The suffering artist is a myth invented by people who don’t know how to handle pleasure, they are inly familiar with pain and drama.

We’ve been brainwashed to believe that to make something great, you have to bleed out. That trauma is the tax for genius.

Total lie.

When you create out of pain, your brain is flooded with cortisol. You aren’t operating at your peak - you’re operating in survival mode.

Science just caught up: JAMA Psychiatry proved that intimacy, connection, and oxytocin physically accelerate wound healing and slash stress hormones.

Using pleasure to create, makes you shift from threat response to pure flow.

* Real Artists create out of pain and suffering, thinking they are doing it the „right“ way.

No.
MADArtists don’t wait for permission - real artists do.

If you are waiting for a green light, external proof, or a polite invitation to unleash your genius, your nervous system is running the show.

To your subconscious, stepping out of survival mode and stopping the people-pleasing feels like a threat. WHY? Because that is what you are used to if aware of it or not.

You have to build safety inside yourself so you stop trading your creator energy for external validation.

Let them choke on your creation.
But first create that inner safety, so you can create through pleasure and not pain

Being called „crazy“ for jumping into the unknown and follow my inner voice without proof it would work out brought me (honestly) some breakdowns, but more importantly breakthroughs!

Leaving my comfort zone meant I finally stopped waiting for permission from the external world. I stopped waiting to be „discovered.“ I stopped listening to people projecting their own fears onto me, and I stopped letting others define my worth.

I stopped wasting one more fucking minute not finding out how far I can really go.

How MAD are you really to live your dreams, create the life you want, and be the greatest version of yourself?

Answer me one question: Do you still make your life chewable for other people, or do you let them choke on your greatness?
