Thursdays are my “THORsdays” started it off with my warm ups 95x10/135x5/165x3 &185x2 then on to my working sets 5x3@172 ,maybe I should have counted that 185 as a working set ! Did my auxiliary work (rev hypers/hammy machine/calve raises/curls) I think I’m done ☠️🔥⚡️💣🥊 ‼️ I’ve do t think I’ve ever been told I have the body of a 12 yr old boy before 🤦🏽‍♀️ #12yroldtomboyberockinit #lmsbstrong21 by @jebidoe

My coach says I’m a social media influencer 🤣🤣 well I don’t know who I influence but if it’s just one person to get up and move then I will take that name ! After a long night and early morning keeping my horse moving I wasn’t sure how this morning‘s workout would go. But God is good. My Horse is alive and I kicked ass. 5x3@108 seemed to move really smooth. Feeling strong and confident is the key. Yesterday when I got home I noticed some things that just didn’t seem right. There was poop in the garage the back gate open to the pool, garden gate open and then I noticed the hay bale had been thrashed. I seen the goats out and thought they got into the bales, but then I couldn’t find Fire. My biggest fear was that he fell in the pool, nope wasn’t in there. I realize he had gone around the back and through the garden and out into the back half, again still thinking that maybe it was the goats who ate all the hay. Then I found him and noticed him rolling, then striking at his belly. I started looking for things just in case I had to do this alone I have given so much of my stuff away to people I needed that I don’t have very many supplies left. Then I looked out again and there he was standing head down, stretching his tongue out then he went down by then Norm had came home. He was able to get him up. I called my neighbor to see what she had her and her husband came over to help. I gave him some pace that I had and some probiotics as well and then I called Emily to see if her vet was open because I know mine was not. They would’ve wanted me to trailer him to their facility, unfortunately that’s not an option when a horse is colicing . they decided to call someone else through messenger I was grateful she answered and her father came straight out to see what was going on with Fire. I am grateful beyond measures for Dr. Winning, his daughter, Sam and Bonnie for all their help as of 3 AM this morning. He has pooped and is standing. Now we just have to make sure he does not founder. Please keep Fire in your thoughts he is not out of the woods yet and I can’t imagine where I would be without him. You may want to say a prayer for my husband as well since he left the gate open yesterday! by @jebidoe

This made my heart so happy !! Valora in the saddle all by herself ☺️ She listened and tried her best to do what I ask and follow directions. Fire was calm and let her take her time with each command that she was trying to give him. I think today was a success. @_tinawhite #fireandvalora by @jebidoe

Another day with this amazing girl and her eagerness to learn. She has the compassion and my horse fire feels every beat of her heart.. I love my horse. He is the calmness in my crazy brain. I trust him completely and I asked Valora if she trust me and Fire, she says yes, so we will keep working with her and Fire whenever she wants. #Fireandvalora by @jebidoe

I am so very proud of this little girl right here. This is her first time taking fire by herself down the road and before somebody jumps on a bandwagon, I was right there so that I could take control if needed. I also told her to let go if she got frightened or if he got too much for her.. I told her we could do this again tomorrow and the next day and the next day and then I’ll get her on top of fire with the reins in her hands and a lead rope in mine. Fire is amazing with kids and I am selective with who gets to be with him. This little girl is my pride and Joy her name is Valora.🐴🔥❤️ @_tinawhite #lovemesomefiretime by @jebidoe
