He wrote me this when I was in the hospital, not knowing what would happen. I kept it and We got through it together.

Now just need to see you get a pick six and go catch a Ravens game 🙏🏿🐦‍⬛.

This was the hardest year of my life —
and also the most rewarding.

I fought for my life.
Learned how to talk again.
Learned how to walk again.

One step at a time.

In the process, I grew —
spiritually, physically, and mentally.

I discovered what works for me
by understanding what doesn’t.

Entering the new year committed
to continuing my growth.

📖 A Year of Positive Thinking
Cyndie Spiegel | Oct. 14

Comparison is a never-ending trap of negativity. Don’t compare yourself to others; be inspired by them. Use their successes to ignite your own possibilities instead of magnifying your shortcomings.

22 months sober, and only 3 months left in the year. Just a few more boxes left to check.

So… who’s coming with me, man?

Took Labor Day off and put the Youngins to work.

Had them working like Stanley Yelnats.

I’m still healing from a recent procedure, so I’m not allowed to lift anything over
10 pounds.

This is my final weigh-in before my procedure tomorrow.

November 2024
Highest weight: 750 lbs

Today: 363.5 lbs

I’ve lost 387 lbs naturally, and I’m proud of the work it took to get here.

One question I’ve been asked a few times:

It’s like the more I can’t eat the more I want to cook for others.

Made homemade flour tortillas with a freshly squeezed peachy lemonade. 🍑🍋

My Jalapeño and banana peppers are growing ! 🌶️

Can’t stay out the kitchen, still cooking for others.

-Lamb burgers with caramelized onions, garlic mayo, provolone & feta.

-Loaded baked potato with butter, Asiago, bacon bits, sour cream, and fresh homegrown chives. 🥔🌱
