Since 2014, Jedd Rommel (@jeddrommel) has been navigating dancefloors across Manila, from underground clubs to commercial venues like O Bar. Influenced by artists such as Mark Sherry and Tiësto, his sound is rooted in the tension, energy, and emotional pull of trance, delivered through years of experience behind the decks. by @jeddrommel

(@jeddrommel) Jedd started DJing in 2014, teaching himself along the way before eventually landing sets at Time in Manila. Trance was what first pulled him in, with Mark Sherry and Simon Patterson as early favorites, shaping his love for tension, emotion, and high-energy drive that still flows through his sets today.

Over the years, he’s enjoyed watching trance evolve and seeing a new generation of club kids reconnect with the sound in their own way. Being gay also introduced him to a different side of nightlife, leading him to play in vibrant commercial spaces like O Bar. Moving between euphoric trance highs and lively dance floors has given him a style that feels both playful and dynamic, and he’s excited to bring that energy to Requiem and see where the night takes him.
