One of the best drinks I have ever had! Honestly if your into running or even just the gym where you sweat a lot and struggle with hydration, or are unsure, this is for you!

I added the Hyro +creatine it to my morning regime 2 months ago, and I haven’t missed a day since! I even got my wife and mum onto it, and I’ve given them some to take to work and share with others.

It has even replaced caffeine before the gym, as not being hydrated is sometimes more of the issue for you feeling sluggish in the mornings💪

Thank you again @drinkhyro for blessing me❤️ it means so much to me!!

I am very excited, I started running and taking it seriously the start of this year, so to be running a world major next year, is beyond exciting💪💪

I’ll see you next year @sydney_marathon and all competing!! I’m very sorry to those who didn’t get in but have been entering for years!!

I think this half marathon is going to be harder than I thought!

My little brother and I are currently training for a trail half marathon, with 500m+ of elevation. A much different experience than my last one, of 0 meters of elevation, but hey, I like challenges!

This at 8.5km wasn’t as hard as I thought, but it wasn’t easy by any means! Got some work to do in the next 4 weeks that’s for sure!!

Shoes- @adidas adizeros (big mistake) but a great shoe!!
Shorts and singlet- @doyoueven

I don’t think the @adidasau adizeros are meant for trails, I have a half marathon in December and looking for a pair of trail shoes if any company would be willing to send me a pair I would be forever grateful🙏🙏

@23herocare has changed the way you manscape, with their baby balls hair removal cream, and moisturiser!

Whether you stay hairless for the feel, because your wife prefers it or because you are an athlete and into the gym (for me all of the above)

Super easy application and clean off, so good you can doom scroll while waiting and not have to worry about the smell never leaving or your hands always being sticky!!

Go to @23herocare to grab yourself something!!

In all seriousness, thank you to all. I am not upset at all! The feedback was heard. And it came from people much stronger than I, so i appreciate it❤️

This deadlift session was 5 sets of 3 at 180kg, and it felt good! I felt strong! I think the socks helped!

Outfit once again all @doyoueven the best in the game!!

Am I not turtely for the turtle club 🐢 by @jedjustdoes

We will be to get it next time💪💪 it’s not even a failure in my opinion, it’s now an area I have to work on and get better at! So we keep working!!

Upping my running volume and trying to increase my strength has been a lot of fun and learning how to balance them both! We still have some learning to do!!
