We’re 3 years into the @ketlmtn project & we’ve really just been making the apparel we’ve always wanted & finding excuses to “test” it by goof balling in the mountains. Running a business should be fun & I think we’re nailing it 😁. Massive thanks to the crew & especially @patricklewey for slapping this footage together. by @jeffcayley

I never thought anyone would pay $1,000 to have me hand deliver their order but it has happened twice now 😂. This has been such a fun way to meet our rad customers & travel to some new places. I absolutely love the bike industry. Well, and doing ridiculous things like offering me as a shipping courier. - @jeffcayley

When I was a kid there was absolutely no such thing as "Highschool mountain-biking." Crazy enough, @nationalmtb has totally changed that. NICA is a non-profit organization that has created MTB programs all over the country that's given over 25,000+ kids the opportunity to ride & race as an accredited sport in school.

For this whole month @worldwidecyclery will be donating $1 per order to NICA as well discounting gift cards by 10%.

My obsession w/ bikes from a young age has no doubt changed my life for the better in the most positive of ways. I couldn't be happier to be supporting an organization that helps kids find a positive & fun outlet within mountain biking.

I believe in businesses doing good things & this is one of the ways I'm trying to make that happen with my own 🍻. taken in Worldwide Cyclery by @jeffcayley

How I've found fun lately…

Ran a half marathon in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Was on the edge of pooping my pants the last 5 miles 🥴.

Surfed a magical man-made wave with really sore legs.

Recorded a podcast w/ a couple of genuine goofballs… @jaredbeerman & @ask_liam

Ran a full marathon. Thought I'd be fine. Realized I was grossly under-prepared & paid the price. Still worth it.

Got covered in mud, sweat & laughter riding bikes & camping with the @worldwidecyclery Pennsylvania shop crew.

It's a privilege to be alive. I'm not wasting it. by @jeffcayley

It blows my mind how many good people are on the @worldwidecyclery team. We had two of our stores out for an epic weekend of riding, camping & shenanigans last weekend in Mammoth. I am so grateful for the crew we have, the fun we have & the customers that make it all possible.

Our staff must have figured out that aside from my dashing haircut, 14 year old boy maturity & Ace Ventura Pet Detective sense of humor I can also responsibly delegate others to operate a business pretty well 😁. taken in Mammoth Mountian by @jeffcayley

It's been years since I've put a number plate on the front of my bike. But tomorrow I'll be competing in a 36 hour adventure race that covers 75 miles of mountain biking, 45 miles of trail running / hiking / rappelling & 20 miles of kayaking. Certainly not the type of mountain bike racing I grew up doing but it should be a damn fun time 😁. I can't imagine I'll regret saying yes to this shenanigans but we'll see how I feel come Sunday night. taken in Mammoth Mountian by @jeffcayley

A couple weeks back I convinced a handful of friends to let me lead them up Boney Mountain. The morning of, I asked if they wanted to go up a route I'd not taken yet & found on the map the night prior. I was met with cautious optimism so on we went. The following hours I heard a lot of…
.
"I'm never hiking with Jeff again!"
.
"So where's the trail now?"
.
"Are you serious?"
.
"We're going up what!? There!?"
.
I never admitted that I was also a bit scared. Scared of misleading us up something I knew some of the crew might not be able to make it back down. No wonder they didn't want to hike with me again 😅.
.
But everyone pushed themselves & although many times were uncomfortable as hell, had a great time.
.
My point? Say yes as often as you can to those "crazy" friends in your life. It's precisely what adds substance, depth & flavor to the stories you tell. taken in Boney Mountain Wilderness by @jeffcayley
