I saw this out of my sitting room window, earlier and I just had to share it with you. I attempted to post this earlier, but I don't know why it did not display. This the natural world showing off its beauty! How can we not be struck by this beauty as the earth moves it's course around the Sun! I am so thankful to be able to witness the beauty of this planet. Physics can explain this scientifically, but only poetry can express the effect of such a sight on the soul! #naturalwonder #naturalbeauty #blessingsofhashem #beautyofcreation by @jeffknight1957

I know it is September and not June, thus is a cry out to my son Tom Knight @tkldn that I love him and that I am so sorry I hurt him. Tom "I WAS WRONG & YOU WERE RIGHT!" I am saying this publically because I am serious! And just to add that the music accompanying this is called "Any Colour You Like" which I thought was quite appropriate for the theme of this post! #pride #gayrights #lgbtqiplus🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🌈 #lgbtq #father&sonforever by @jeffknight1957

My wife Fiona and I finally found St Helen's Spring in St Helen's Wood. Unfortunately, our dogs got there first and it is now a little muddy after they decided the water looked to good not to have a doggy bath in. Sorry folks! #sthelenswoods #sthelensspring #hastings #1066country #nature by @jeffknight1957
