“Sometimes life and the universe has a way of putting you exactly where you’re supposed to be. I’m happy, relaxed, enjoying every moment and incredibly grateful to be working alongside some fantastic people. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, and 2027 is already looking very exciting… so much to tell, with some announcements that I can’t quite reveal yet.
As for the past — it taught its lessons, and now it belongs exactly where it should. Behind me, I’ve left it there.

VENOM - BLACK METAL (45th Anniversary) at Rockstadt in Transylvania!

One of the most influential albums in metal history will be celebrated and performed at Rockstadt next year. For this unholy occasion, original founders Jeff “Mantas” Dunn and Tony “Abaddon” Bray will bring the spirit of this legendary release to the lands of Transylvania!

Released in November 1982 by Neat Records, Venom’s second studio album Black Metal is a toundational masterwork of extreme music. It single-handedly named and inspired an entire subgenre, serving as the critical blueprint for thrash, death, and black metal bands that followed

The show in Ghimbav, Romania will see the original Venom founders summoning the spirit of this classic album alongside an infernal all-star line-up of guest musicians.
Witness history!
After its most successful year yet, Rockstadt is returning in 2027 in a new form. Taking place between July 26-30 in Ghimbav, Transylvania, the festival promises an even bolder edition while staying true to its community. Just 5 km from the city of Brasov, come experience five days full of an eclectic lineup, unique tourist spots, amazing locations, and some of the cheapest beer you will find in Europe.
Right now, there are less than 300 passes left available for the current price of 950 lei + tax. Tickets can also be purchased in monthly payments.

Having the chance to witness @venom_mantasabaddon and @jeffmantas on stage as well as spending time with those two magnificent people was literally an honour. 🤗
