🤸🏾‍♂️ The Macaco is one of the most useful moves you can learn, not just for acrobatics, but to fall like a ninja 🥷.

This is the first tutorial we’re dropping with @freshlabels 🔥movement with style.
💾 Save it, try it, tag a friend who ALWAYS falls, and let us know which move should be next!

I know I could’ve done better, but this was the best I could give yesterday. The past few months have been complicated, with little time to jump and prepare. Yesterday was my only chance to film this line for @parkourearth
I’m proud to be part of the parkour community here in Czechia 🇨🇿, but since I can’t represent them yet, I would love to represent my home country, Colombia 🇨🇴, at the World Championship. 🌎🔥
This is my video to give it a shot.
I definitely ran out of cardio toward the end 😅 But this time, I also want to appreciate what makes this line unique: the moment of my life in which I did it.

Movement is how I express my freedom, not only because I have the freedom to move, but because I have the freedom to reinvent my movement every time I do it. Thank you @avanti_garda for another inspiring HH event ❤️ this community feels like family now, No saltos grandes pero con mucha alma. Gracias a todos 🫶🏾 #event #parkour #praha #fail #movement taken in Czech Republic by @jefjumper

Adding some Salsa flavor to my lines at the Gizmo qualifiers! 💃🔥 I took @twan.pk advice to follow my intuition, and I just let my feelings lead the way as I ran the line. Huge thanks to @gizmo_battles and @diehallehamburg for coming up with spaces like these for parkour and movement community in general. #parkour #gizmo #freestyle #dance #germany taken in Germany by @jefjumper

Que locura todo 🥹 I went to @gizmo_battles to share some smiles and great vibes. On Saturday, I had the chance to step into an exhibition battle against @brandonfreerun1999 cause we were so close to making it to the finals! I got hyped up in the moment and didn’t quite execute the routine I had planned, but honestly? I’m heading home feeling incredibly satisfied. There’s no better feeling than sharing movement with people from all over the world whom I admire so much. Huge thanks to @gizmo_battles , @kevinfranzen01 , @tobias.munki and @matt_mccreary1 and all organisers for making this possible. See you next year, Hamburg! 🇩🇪✨#parkour #gizmo #battles #dance #showtime taken in Hamburg, Germany by @jefjumper
