MEET THE DESIGN STUDIO ||
JELLY AT NEUDEUTSCH ART

Founded in Berlin in 2025 by Saqib Aziz, Hans von Bülow, and Julian Meisen, Jelly emerged from an experimental building project initiated in 2023 by Meisen and von Bülow, founders of the interdisciplinary architecture and design firm Common Agency, together with Aziz, a doctoral candidate in engineering at the Berlin University of the Arts.

Their collaboration developed a shared vision of bringing the structural and material-efficient principles of digital component optimisation into furniture design. Jelly bridges algorithmic geometry, sustainable production, and sensual design, exploring how computational approaches can create furniture that is both materially conscious and visually compelling.

Oxilia Gallery presents Room Studies #1 during Milan Design Week 2026.
The exhibition brings together a selection of designers united by a shared
sensitivity toward materials, forms, and spatial presence. In contrast to the white
cube format, the space is conceived as a fully furnished and immersive interior.
