And just like that I Mastered it! 🎓

I had a long caption typed out earlier but I forgot to save the draft so here’s what I have recouped from my thoughts 🥲

I am so thankful for this journey. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would move over 2,700 miles away from home to pursue a masters degree. (I was supposed to be in law school lol) But that’s another conversation that I’m open to having if you ask me 🤭

Thank you to everyone who supported me in any capacity. I’m so grateful for all of my friends and family who traveled miles and miles just to see me walk today 📚🥹

I’m not one to write lengthy captions. I just want to say thank God for his grace and mercy and covering me these two years. I thank all my family and friends for their unwavering support, and I wanna thank my executive director of the MPP program for leaving me that voicemail asking if I’d consider this program 🥲

I want to thank myself for always seeing it through and making it happen. 🙌🏾

Policy, but make it personal 🙂‍↕️

I am so grateful and blessed to have participated in The Future of Florida Summit at the University of Florida. 🐊Over the past 48 hours, I joined students from across Florida to develop policy proposals centered around the Gulf. 🌊

Having lived in Florida for about five months, collaborating with others to make a difference in this state is truly groundbreaking. ☀️

I’m fortunate to have worked with such a remarkable team. We were true winners this weekend, securing “Best Team Photo” and 1st place in the policy proposal competition! 🏆 This refreshing experience allowed me to network and connect with many bright young minds poised to impact society positively. 📚

Thank you, @futureoffloridasummit for organizing such a wonderful event.
