🎄💃 ECHUCA… FRIENDMAS IS OFFICIALLY SORTED! 🍸✨

@girlsgirlsgirls.withsoph is BACK — and this time we’re turning it into the ultimate girls’ Christmas party! 🎅🏼🪩

If the last GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS event taught us anything, it’s that this town knows how to party… so on Saturday, 12 December, we’re doing it all over again — bigger, louder and a whole lot more festive.

Forget another Friendmas sitting around the dinner table.

This year we’re talking cocktails in the sun, grazing, Christmas games, prizes, non-stop entertainment and a dance floor packed with your favourite people. 🥂

🎶 Expect iconic 80s, 90s & 00s hits
🎬 Nostalgic movie singalongs
🎄 Christmas bangers
🎤 And those songs that have the WHOLE room screaming every word

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES:
🍸 Festive cocktail on arrival + grazing
💃 Non-stop live entertainment
🎤 An afternoon hosted by Soph
🎁 Christmas games, giveaways & prizes
✨ Plus a few festive surprises along the way...

📅 Saturday, 12 December
⏰ 3PM – 7PM
📍 The Echuca Hotel

Need an excuse to finally lock in that pre-Christmas catch-up with the girls?

This is it. 👯‍♀️

One afternoon. One dance floor. One unforgettable Friendmas. 🎄🪩🥂

Send this straight to the group chat, round up the girls and get your tickets locked in.

Action packed is an understatement 👇

I can clearly see why they call it ‘Sin City’

We had a lot of fun in Vegas to say the least but our 2 days at L1 with the team at @acquisition has made it very clear where we need to focus and also made us really proud of what we’ve been building!

We’ve committed to L2 and been invited to work with the big man himself @hormozi for L3

It’s going to be a massive year for Auto Cartel as a company and for our members and we’re here for it!

See you soon Vegas will be back in a few months! 🚀 taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @jemimalewis

Get you a girl who can do both 👩‍🏫💃

My passion always has and always WILL BE music. Festivals and gigs are an amazing way to fill your cup, feel creatively inspired and reset. Just as training and development in business and being in a room of absolutely amazing, high performing and successful business owners fills a separate cup. For me, I really need both to be my best self and I feel so grateful that my husband sees that, and allows me to live it @the_autocartel 🖤

See you in Vegas 🎲 @hormozi @edc_las_vegas by @jemimalewis

The cost of doing business right now? Not being a housewife 🏡

After our trip to Japan I’ve returned to work full time in the workshop.

In three days this week we closed $80K + in new deals, tweaked systems and processes immediately for instant improvements, upsold I wouldn’t even know how much work on cars already in our care, saved customers money elsewhere, improved operations and communication across the board, revisited pricing to ensure profitability, reiterated standards for the staff so they can meet us at the bar and keep crushing it, and announced our exciting future vision 🔮

I’m not solely attributing these wins to me whatsoever but I know my presence on the floor and front of house most of the day every day is making an impact; I feel it in the team and our customer interactions. It’s a sixth sense that business owners develop over time.

As a result? The house is a mess, washing is wet on the line, fridge is gross, paperwork is behind, diary isn’t organised and cash isn’t banked. The cost of this? also huge, but it can’t distract me right now which is why I’m looking to outsource it.

Does this make me less of a mother or wife short term?

It might not make sense to everyone and yes comes at a short term financial cost but I know it’s what’s needed right now to drive us to the big picture end goal.

It seems we have forgotten along the way that hard work and sacrifice is really the only way to get ahead…. And we judge people particularly women for prioritising this. It’s exhausting and narrow minded. The clothes will still need folding in 50 years time but the money and growth may not be there for the taking….

All tasks are important but you have to ask yourself in this current climate what is your biggest ROI right now and how can you channel all your energy into it while using your voice to ask for help on things that are distracting you from your big Boss power .

I fully believe and see this is the year of reclaiming my potential and becoming my truest, most powerful and authentic self that was hiding in the dark because of fear and past hurts for many years.

I’m ready for it and as a result making the changes to bring it to life 🖤 by @jemimalewis
