Sometimes I can’t believe I have this 3 beautiful girls. 💕
- learning how to fit everything on my schedule has lately gotten a lot easier, I feel like working out and having a routine has helped so much I always get asked -HOW? And BITCH i don’t know lmao I really DONT Trust me I be tired AF but the moment I think let’s take the girls outside, or the park or for ice cream etc I have to think and say it out loud so they can hear me and push me to really do it, if I sit there and think SHOOULD I TAKE THE GIRLS…. Then I’ll just let my body take control and of course I’ll end up staying in bed not going anywhere. I feel guilty if I stay home all week and have them inside I do work so much which GRACIAS DIOSITO for always keeping me busy but they are also kids who need sun, who need to run and stay active so 10 clients or 35 clients a week it doesn’t matter there’s always some time left for them to burn some energy. ✨💕 by @jen.lashess_

Want your lashes to stay full and fluffy for longer?

💕 1. Wash your lashes DAILY — buildup, oils, and makeup can affect retention.

💕 2. Brush them every day — use a clean spoolie to keep your lashes fluffy and separated.

💕 3. Avoid rubbing or pulling — be gentle with your extensions!

💕 4. Avoid oily products around your eyes — especially products that leave residue on your extensions.

💕 5. Keep up with your refills — book every 2–3 weeks to maintain your fullness.

💕 6. Don’t pick or pull your lashes — let your lash tech remove them safely.

✨ Remember, retention is a TEAM effort! As your lash tech, I do my part, but your aftercare matters just as much. 🤍
