An art residency at @studiolamadeleine calls for magic, light, creativity and beautiful encounters.

Of course, with a special opening night hosted by me and @cleotmusic and ending our stay with a Rebootcamp, the Jen way. ♥️

Thank you, from the heart.

I realized that in New York the sky doesn’t have to be the limit and neither do I :)

Akh. I am overstimulated. So many photos. So much to say. So much to share and I’ve always wanted to document the world and tell stories. I still haven’t processed this trip or caught up on sleep. Excuse the spam coming to your feed. It helps me archive the magic and my memories. Matwekhzouneh in advance ♥️

Also, choosing curiosity over comfort since always, made my network my biggest net worth. I wanna thank ME finally. 🦦

It’s impossible to talk about New York without starting with the workshop my soul sister @brooke_baldwin and I gave at the amazing @womenwhocode summit!

Thank you to @lepitts and @womenwhocode for giving us that incredible stage and for helping us realize that this is only the beginning of many more talks we’re meant to give together.

As someone who is often introduced as a creative director, I felt so grateful for this reminder that we are all wonderfully multifaceted and allowed to wear many hats throughout our lives.

Standing among some of the brightest minds, innovators and engineers shaping the future reminded us of something simple: we’re all engineers in our own way. Whether it’s software, the heart, the body, or the soul, we’re all trying to design, build, debug and re-engineer our lives.

This talk was about permission. Permission to evolve, to trust yourself, to take up space and to reboot when needed.

Brooke and I will soon be sharing a beautiful series of Permissions to Reboot experiences across Egypt, Lebanon, Africa, England, the U.S aaaaand beyond.

A special thank you to @catalinaphotog for the beautiful photographs and to @monique_pantel for capturing some of these moments as well. ♥️

We’re just getting started. 🤍☘️ taken in New York City by @jen_el

This is officially THE MOST MAGICAL moment I’ve had since moving back to New York.✨🥹

Sushi dinner and mocktails on a fire escape with my bestie (who’s just been ordained as Rev Nat!) @thisisnatalie and my long lost sister @jen_el… and our other girlfriend, NYC.

Absolute magic.

I am exactly where I am meant to be. And I am so full of gratitude. ❤️

My habibi has landed from Beirut. 🇱🇧
She’s been all around the world — but this is her first trip to America.
Welcome, @jen_el.
Had to take her to my magic ✨ door.

Of course she shows up from halfway across the world, and we’re rocking the same sneakers. 🐆

We’ve lived at least 10 lives in the past 2 months.
But what keeps me sane is still finding Lebanon the way I know it exists. The Beirut I love. My people. My tribe.
Life doesn’t wait. We’re exhausted but no one will ever understand what it is to be Lebanese and to still love life even under the drones. ♥️

On reste. On veille.
