POSTS STORIES REELS

It’s been a weird last few months. I put bodybuilding and training on the back burner while I handled my mental health. I truly believe it’s not the sport itself but the outside environment and influences that stress me out and challenge me daily. The entire time all I stressed about was losing muscle and also not losing muscle. What do other people think about me now. People openly make comments about your physique constantly. Stuck between I just want to be “normal” again and realizing I will never be “normal”. I never was. It would actually take a lot of effort to lose what I built at this point. I initially made myself believe I was going to lose so much by giving myself a break. FALSE. Let’s all laugh at that for a second. So here I am, saying I’m back. And proud of what I’ve accomplished the last few years because I can limit training to focus on other aspects of my life knowing my body now knows how to keep going. On a final note— please stop asking when my next show is. You’ll know when me and coach decide ✌🏼 by @jen_marcantel

It was never about the stage or trophies. Those were a plus. It was always about me. For ME. My mind, body and soul.✨ by @jen_marcantel

Not me saying “but no really, look at this” by @jen_marcantel

Most Competitors have show anxiety…
and so do I. It just looks a little different.

The night before, I’m not stressing…
I’m laying in bed planning your glam, step by step.

It’s my calm before the chaos.
My bedtime story 😆

It’s why I love when you send your suit + inspo ahead of time…
we can map everything out and make sure it hits exactly how it should on stage.

And this look? Exactly why we plan.

2026 NPC/IFBB schedule will be posted soon! by @jen_marcantel

When I first started this journey, I was so unsure about where it would take me. I didn’t really have a vision. But @lacey_pruitt did. She knew exactly where I belonged. She had the vision. She believed in me before I believed in myself. I’m so glad I stuck to the plan. Two years of consistency. Built me a whole new body and mind ✨ by @jen_marcantel
