Hi 👋🏼 I’m Jen- I’m a talent agent, scout, and career builder, but 1st, I’m a mom of three.

I became a mother at 18, and it’s been the most refining and meaningful role of my life. Seven years ago, I found a new beginning and stepped into the purpose I had been searching for and I’ve been pursuing my dream ever since.

Today, I help people build careers and also chase dreams, but more than anything, I hope my story reminds others that it’s never too late to start over, step into your power, and become who you’re meant to be.

If my story encourages even one person, then sharing it is worth it. Glad you’re here. 🫶

If there’s one thing my journey has taught me, it’s that it’s never too late to change direction, take a chance on yourself, and pursue the life you’re meant to live. If I can play a small role in helping someone else do that, then I consider that a success. Thank you @voyageatl for the feature. 🫶 *link in bio

There’s so much more to building a career than what you see on the surface. The bookings are exciting, but so much of the real work happens in between-developing, strategizing, pitching, advocating, hearing “no,” adjusting, and continuing to build.

I’ve always believed my job is bigger than getting someone their next booking. It’s seeing the potential, figuring out where they fit, and helping build a career with intention.

Some things just take time. Trust the process. We’re building. xx

Monday energyyy

Most days are a little bit of everything at once- meetings in person, meetings via zoom, castings, client requests, pitching, holds, confirmations, bookings, problem solving, and about 47 things happening behind the scenes that no one ever sees.

But as busy as the days can get, I love the momentum, I thrive on movement. And I love what I do with everything I have within me. Shoutout to @bintouxsylla, who helps me keep all of the moving pieces moving and my right hand. 🫶🫶 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @jen_she

My boy is CERTIFIED! 💪🏽

Huge congratulations to Andrew on passing the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer exam and officially becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer!

This mama couldn’t be more PROUD! 🥹 I’m so proud of the work you put in to make this happen, and I can’t wait to see where you take it from here.

The sky’s the limit, Andrew. I love you. ❤️

5th and 7th grade- here they come! Ready for a great year and let the games begin!

Ashton is excited to start competing in symphonic band and worked hard all summer practicing his trombone. He’s also rejoining his soccer team with @atlantaunitedsa for the fall season.

Zoe is in her last year of elementary! She is in her 3rd year competing as a dancer with @kdancestudio_ and excited to be on the Pre-teen Elite team.

So proud of them❤️
