Jorgia said she wanted to go fishing for Papa Buzz today so she brought her Cardinal stuffy with. We caught 16 small & large mouth Bass, while Journi & Jentry caught a bunch of blue gill. Think he was enjoying watching from above & gave us the most gorgeous sunset. 🌅 🎣❤️ @southerncody89 #girlswhofish #papasgirls by @jena.rae_

When I started my fitness/bodybuilding journey, I never imagined just how much it would impact my three little girls. Through the years, I always found ways to include them in my workouts. Whether they were watching, copying my exercises, climbing on my back, or just being my little workout buddies, I wanted them to grow up knowing that strong is beautiful, hard work pays off, and there are no limits to what they can do. 💪🏼 But somewhere along the way, the roles started to reverse. 🥹 The three little girls I used to lift up and incorporate into MY workouts are now strong enough to lift ME up, and they’re the ones asking to include me in THEIRS. And that right there might be my favorite accomplishment of this entire fitness journey. Because at the end of the day, it’s never just been about the weights, the muscles, or the trophies. It’s about the three little girls who have been watching me all along, and realizing that I wasn’t just building a stronger body… I was raising three strong girls. 🩷🩷🩷 #momlife #girlswholift by @jena.rae_
