This is for the people who hold everyone else — teachers, therapists, social workers, organizers, students.

Soul In Space is building somatic healing programs (breathwork, nervous system support, real rest) shaped by what YOU need — not what we assume.

We’re creating a providers’ provider network — housing help, food banks, and beyond — showing up for you, so you can keep showing up for everyone else.

Take 5 minutes. Tell me the truth about what support would look like for you. LINK IN BIO

Vision without structure is just a dream. Today, we anchor the dream. 🕊️

We are thrilled to officially announce Jena as the new Director of Operations for Soul In Space (operating out of ☀️ California)

Jena brings the brilliant organizational alchemy needed to streamline our somatic programs, community offerings, and energetic containers. She’s the architect behind the scenes, ensuring we have the space to heal, breathe, and transform seamlessly.

Welcome to the team, Jena! We are so ready for this next chapter of grounded growth. 🥂✨

Leave a welcoming note below!
