found our wild parrots hanging out in Monrovia today and they pooped all over my car, just like at home. It is funny the things you miss when you can’t go home❤️💔 #altadenaparrots #altadenastrong #eatonfire by @jenbarguiarena

I know I have not checked in for a while. Trying to keep our family level and protected. We are safe- our still standing home is not. This is the sign that the county permanently installed on the way into our neighborhood, our home of 21 years. Please know that I hear and see every message that you send. I am sorry if I have not replied, but your messages of love are received❤️💔 My neighborhood is in desperate need of advocacy from officials and scientists to support us being able to live somewhere safe while our environment is not. Please reach out if you can help. People are moving back home because they do not know or cannot afford the alternative. The overarching “advice” does not provide a place to live or a financial path forward for those of us in the gray area standing outside of the invisible line of fire. The place where people are in full hazmat gear to sift through the rubble and clean up this disaster for the next two years, and yet we are expected to remediate and move back in just down the street ? #altadena #eatonfire #whodoesagirlneedtotalktotogetaclearanswer by @jenbarguiarena

A beautiful installation of our Flora dining table in natural white oak, completed by @heathinteriordesign for their renovation of a 1920’s Spanish Revival home in Los Feliz, CA.
